I love campfires. My wife and I have climbed two 14’ers. I’ve hiked, rafted and explored numerous National Parks. If I ever retired, it would be to a tent.

For almost a decade I’ve written a weekly letter (SHIFTED Weekly). Life offers us so much knowledge if we stop to reflect and capture it.

The Run to Remember OKC Marathon has been my home course. 3 Marathons, 11 Half-Marathons and thousands of miles in between.

I married my wife June of 2024. It's both our second plunge into a life of surrender and preferring another. I have two young adult kids, who make me proud every day. My wife brought three more amazing kids to the party!

My relationship with the God of the Universe has been extraordinary.
